MY ADVICE POLICY: I stand 100% behind my Advice Sisters® and services. Due to the crush of emails I receive, I cannot respond personally to requests for free, private counseling and advice. 	The Advice Sisters® believe in free speech, but my online forums are not a complete democracy. These areas are moderated, and the Advice Sisters reserve the right to remove any posting for any reason -- especially those postings that are inappropriate, spam, pornography, disrespectful of others, personal ads, or angry, self-serving rants.
	You may post about any relationship topic, romantic or platonic, that you wish, but the primary focus of the support forum is relationships of all types, based on the principles set out in the Advice Sisters book Recruiting Love - Using the Business Skills You Have to Find the Love You Want. Copies are available through this website (including signed, collectors editions) and on major online booksellers.
	You must be over age 18 to post on the Advice Sisters public forums and listserv. After nearly 1 1/2 decades online, I can tell when a youngster is posing as an adult. If you are under-age, your posts will be removed and you will be banned from participating again. I also urge you to think carefully before you post something on a public forum or in a chat room. 	Please remember that the advice provided on the support forum, as well as on the Advice Sisters Great Relationships Web Site, is based on what works in the real world but it should not be considered a substitute for in-person counseling. Use common sense when taking advice--especially if it is free-- from others.
	This is a supportive community of adults. There are real people with real feelings on the other side of your computer screen. Do not harass, flame or spam them (or me, for that matter). Scofflaws will be prosecuted to the full extent that the laws, allow.

Again, let me assure you that there is a real "advice sister"personally behind Advice Sisters® content, services and products. I never share personal information revealed by private counseling; by purchases made on the website, or via the Advice Sisters® mailing list.

I do not control Yahoo! Groups. If you want to participate on our listserv there, I urge you to consult Yahoo!Groups for their privacy policies, first.

PRODUCT SATISFACTION: If you are dissatisfied with any product or service for any reason, I want to know about it and will do my best to resolve any issues you may have. SHIPPING: I ship promptly, usually by U.S. priority mail. Upon request, items you purchase will be sent in plain envelopes without any identifying information. For E-mail counseling requests, you are free to provide an nickname or first name only. Questions answered through private counseling are never used outside of personal consultations.
