Not every fashion week event is a runway show. At the Tuleste Fall/Winter 2012 Accessories Collection event during fashion week, the models were perched (some rather precariously) on ladders as if in a painting. The Tuleste collection of shoes and handbags featured “strong timeless women” wearing “original, sculptural heels, rich in textures such as pony and eel skin” in “warm, opulent colors with metal accents” that complimented the Tuleste market jewelry collection. Models sucked on heart-shaped lollipops (it was right before Valentines Day, after all) and showcased these beautiful accessories. While some of the boots were a direct homage to the 1970′s (think, Elton John in his heyday), others were quite modern, with rose gold accents. The photos below speak for themselves. Who wouldn’t want some Tuleste in their wardrobe to add a special statement?!!!
