Aveda launches Ancient Attar for a 30th Anniversay Signature Scent

The exotic-smelling scent was developed by Aveda's in-house perfumer, Ko-Ichi Shiozawa. What's interesting about this fragrance is that it is complex and sophisticated, but the spicy, incense-y notes are not overdone. " This new fragrance uses high quality essential oils sustainably sourced from Aveda's partnerships with farmers and indigenous peoples across the globe (really a nice idea, isn't it), including roses from Bulgaria, sandalwood from Western Australia, and rose geranium oil from South Africa.

Ancient Attar is 100% naturally derived with traditional ingredients, including rose and sandalwood, that are perfect for cooler weather. The scent will translate differently on each person, making this the sort of scent that really feels personal, rare, and special. You won't smell it on everyone else...at least not the same way.
